At 09:21 on Friday, 2 October, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Field Of Straw in Albrighton.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Approximately 50 tonnes of straw destroyed by fire. Crews protecting perimeter of fire to prevent it spreading.
