At 08:21 on Friday, 27 November, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Junctions 3 to 2.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton, Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 3 cars and 1 van. One casualty released from one of the cars.
