At 07:27 on Wednesday, 9 December, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Albrighton and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Road Traffic Collision involving 3 vehicles, 2 cars made safe using Fire Service Crews. 1 female released by Ambulance Service and conveyed to hospital via Land Ambulance.
