At 20:59 on Friday, 22 December, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Albrighton.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton and Telford. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

One saloon car well alight. Two hose reel jets and 2 breathing apparatus in use.
