At 00:50 on Thursday, 15 February, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Albrighton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders
• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency and the Land Ambulance Service .

RTC involving 1 HGV and 2 cars, 1 casualty released from car using hydraulic cutting equipment. 1 further casualty self extricated.
