At 20:14 on Wednesday, 15 August, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.
