At 03:38 on Saturday, 29 December, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue in shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Baschurch and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.
