At 07:26 on Saturday, 20 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Water Rescue in Telford.

4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.
