At 19:19 on Thursday, 20 June, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender and the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Three cows rescued from steep embankment adjacent to River Severn. Crews launched boat to assist in rescue.
