At 12:29 on Thursday, 23 July, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton, Telford, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of fire on the M54 Eastbound embankment. Fire crews used 2 hose reel jet to extinguish fire.
