At 13:04 on Tuesday, 5 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Water Rescue in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit and the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Much Wenlock and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This was a false alarm good intent. No fire service action required.
