At 14:13 on Monday, 15 November, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury .

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Church Stretton, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
