At 10:38 on Saturday, 22 September, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Craven Arms.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Small kitchen fire. 1 adult male at the property was found deceased upon the arrival of the Fire Service. Investigations are continuing.
