At 19:28 on Friday, 7 February, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Hopton Wafers, Kidderminster .

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Two vehicle RTC, one vehicle has collided with stone agricultural building. No persons trapped. Ambulance and Police in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Line rescue
  • Positive Pressure Ventilation
  • Roof ladder

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire in annex of domestic property. Two appliances from Hereford & Worcester fire service also in attendance

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Breathing Apparatus (BA)
  • Hosereel jet
  • Positive Pressure Ventilation
  • Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Fire in the kitchen area of public house. Four breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, covering jet, foam extinguisher, thermal image camera and positive pressure fan in use.

At 08:10 on Saturday, 1 February, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire Commercial in Much Wenlock .

5 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform, the Heavy Pumping Unit and the Incident Command Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Tweedale. Operations, Hazmat and Safety officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Breathing Apparatus (BA)
  • Covering jet
  • Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Fire Control recieved a call to smoke issuing from a commerical premises - Once in attendance Crews found an incident involving woodchip and a biomass boiler. Incident involves Bio Mass Facility. Steel frame and metal cladding construction . 10m high by 40m x 25m fire involving wood chip and machinery. water relay in place crews damping down with two main jets . Breathing apparatus no longer in use. Incident sectorised. Incident scaled down to two relief pumps. Ambulance and Hart team also in attendance.
