I would like to make a freedom of information request for the following:
The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, came into force on 23 January 2023. Since its implementation, how many up-to-date electronic building plans and information on the design and materials of external walls have you received in relation to high rise buildings in your jurisdiction?
How many up-to-date electronic building plans and information on the design and materials of the external wall did you receive in relation to high rise buildings in your jurisdiction in 2022?

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request. I can confirm that of the 5 high rise buildings in Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service’s jurisdiction:
Since January 2023 one set of up-to-date electronic plans have been received. No further information on the design and materials of external walls for any of the buildings has been received. Please note that plans have not changed since 2022, so no new ones are needed and the delay in providing information on the design and materials of external walls has been agreed as part of the FRAPT (Fire Risk Assessment Prioritisation Tool).
In 2022 we received up to date plans for all 5 high rise buildings and 1 set of full information on the design and materials of external walls and 4 partial sets of information on the design and materials of external walls.
