At 15:53 on Saturday, 30 June, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Wellington .

3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet
• Knapsacks

Fire involving approximately 50 square metres of grass and undergrowth well alight. 3 pumps and Incident Support Unit in attendance using extended hose reel, beaters and knapsacks to extinguish the fire.

At 16:16 on Friday, 29 June, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency and the Police.

Ludlow and Craven Arms dealing with a rigid load HGV milk tanker cab fire - 2 hose reel jets and thermal imaging camera have been used at the incident. A49 closed in both directions and Police are also in attendance.

Accidental fire involving domestic shed containing a gas cylinder. The fire also spread to the facia of the house. Crews tackled the fire using 4 breathing apparatus, 3 hose reel jets, 1 covering jet and a thermal image camera (TIC)
