At 18:00 on Friday, 1 June, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Telford.
2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Covering jet
- Hosereel jet
- Positive Pressure Ventilation
Fire in first floor flat involving cooking. Crews extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet. Positive pressure ventilation in use to clear smoke logging.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Much Wenlock and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Hosereel jet
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency and the Police.
Fire involving one tractor with trailer attached, carrying approximately 4 tonnes of straw. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. Trailer with straw moved to nearby field for crews to damp down remainder of straw.
