At 08:53 on Tuesday, 10 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Bridgnorth.

7 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

1 barn fully involved in fire - 2 main jets used off hydrant - now scaled back to two hose reel jets and drag rakes. Crews detained 1 hour.

3 fire appliances including the Water Carrier were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire involving one outside storage unit and one extension to pub. Crews using 4 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets, and covering jet to extinguish.
