4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .
This incident was an RTC involving multiple vehicles and 4 casualties were left in the care of the ambulance service.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. A Fire Investigation officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Cutters/Spreaders
- Hosereel jet
- Thermal imaging camera
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.
1 car 50% involved in fire which had spread to a second vehicle. Crews extinguished using 1 hosereel jet.
