At 10:15 on Monday, 26 October, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Electricity Pylon in Clun.
1 fire appliance was mobilised from Clun.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Hosereel jet
Also at the scene of the incident were: a utility company.
Fire involving an electricity pole in a field. The electricity supply has been isolated by Western Power, the fire crew cordoned off the area for public safety and used 1 hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.

Reports of a electricity pylon sparking close to properties. Western Power attended and isolated power. No action by fire service personnel.

At 18:49 on Friday, 16 January, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Electricity Pylon in Telford.
1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.
Also at the scene of the incident were: a utility company.
Crews called to reports of an electricity pylon on fire. This was out on arrival, caused by a fault, inspection only, western power also in attendance as a small amount of properties in the area were without power.
