At 12:36 on Saturday, 24 September, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Manure Heap in Clive.
3 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Attending crews used the following equipment:
Fire involving approximately 40 tonnes of manure and a length of approximately 20m of hedgerow. Farmer also assisting with a telescopic handler.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Prees.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Hosereel jet
1 muck heap alight, approximately 10m x 10m in size, and a quantity of logs adjacent to it.
