At 09:58 on Wednesday, 2 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Gas Explosion in Minsterley.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Minsterley. An Operations officer was in attendance.

70 year old female suffering burns to face after butane gas cylinder exploded in kitchen. Out on arrival nothing in use - first aid administered before arrival of ambulance.
