At 16:32 on Thursday, 18 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in JNC 3 - JNC 2.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency and the Land Ambulance Service .

One car fully involved in fire. 2 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reel jets used to extinguish fire.
