At 13:35 on Wednesday, 6 September, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shifnal.
3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
RTC involving 1 LGV and 1 saloon vehicle 1 casualty released by fire service personnel using Holmatro cutting equipment.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Ellesmere and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Attending crews used the following equipment:
Also at the scene of the incident were: a vet.
1 horse trapped by its front legs in a cattle grid. Crews have cut away the cattle grid and freed the animal which was then checked by a vet for any injuries.

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender and the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews were called to rescue a sheep that was struggling to get out of the river. The animal had self rescued prior to the arrival of Fire Service Personnel - no action taken.
