At 07:57 on Wednesday, 14 March, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Albrighton.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Breathing Apparatus (BA)
  • Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency.

One car on fire due to engine malfunction. The three appliances in attendance include one from Albrighton and two from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Albrighton, Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
