2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of a fire on the recreation ground. Fire was found to have affected approximately 50 metres of conifer hedging and 50% of a wooden football stand measuring 40 metres x 5 metres. 1 hose reel jet and 2 breathing apparatus were in use to extinguish fire.
