At 17:57 on Wednesday, 1 February, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Welshpool.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Minsterley and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders
• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

RTC involving 2 saloon vehicles. 1 casualty released from vehicle using holmatro.

Fire in Bakery oven and ducting extinguished using 2 Breathing Apparatus sets 1 Hose Reel Jet and inspection using a Thermal Imaging camera
