At 14:17 on Sunday, 31 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Much Wenlock.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving a dual fuel electric and oil fired cooker and oven. Crew dismantled cooker and oven and are now monitoring temperatures with a thermal imaging camera.

5 fire appliances including the Pinzgauer and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Church Stretton, Much Wenlock, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

1 casualty released from quad bike and left in care of the ambulance. Lighting and small gear in use
