At 18:03 on Saturday, 3 August, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Oswestry.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One saloon vehicle left road and came to rest in a ditch. 4 causalities treated on scene by Paramedics. Fire Service stabilised the vehicle.

1 fire appliance including the Rescue Tender was mobilised from Baschurch, Oswestry and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Two vehicle RTC, one casualty released from vehicle using cutting equipment, four casualties in care of ambulance service.

4 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Ellesmere, Oswestry and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Oil tank fire which spread to property. 3 main jets, 3 hose reel jets and 6 breathing apparatus in use to extinguish fire. Aerial ladder platform used to fight the fire at roof level.
