Fire measuring approximately 50m by 3m, crews extinguished using beaters and knapsacks

Fire has involved 5 separate seats of fire on a Hillside which has now been extinguished by Fire Crews. Fire Service Drone has been deployed to check the area for any further fire spread.

2 appliances from Bridgnorth and 1 appliance from over the border (Staffordshire and West Midlands) were mobilised after receiving a call that a large field was on fire. Crews extinguished fire and dampened down surrounding area.

Approximately 250 hay bales alight, crews are protecting surrounding areas and continuing to dampen down.
