5 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees, Shrewsbury, Wem and Whitchurch.
Small fire involving combine harvester extinguished prior to arrival of fire service. In addition fire involving approximately 50 m x 100 m of straw alight in field. Beaters and hose reel jet in use to extinguish fire.
