11a Review of Conditions of Service

The Department for Communities and Local Government has initiated a review of conditions of service for operational staff at all grades, including Brigade Managers, and has published two questionnaires to gather views from Fire and Rescue Authorities.

The submission date for the completed questionnaires will have passed by the date of the Standards and Human Resources Committee meeting.  A copy of the response submitted on behalf of the Fire Authority will be tabled to the meeting for Members' information.
