Villagers and businesses in Clun have thrown their support behind the village's firefighters and their bid to raise cash for those affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
Locals have chipped in with donations of raffle prizes that include free meals at the village pub, a hairdo at the cillage's hairdressing salon, bottles of wine and much more.
They will be up for grabs on Saturday when firefighters will be staging a car wash between 10am and 2pm at Clun fire station.
"Local people and businesses have been really generous with their support and donations said Clun firefighter Katy Frost who has helped to organise the event.
