The voices of children from two school choirs accompanied by Shropshire firefighters and their families and friends rang out from a county church in the fire service’s annual Christmas Festival of Carols.
Pupils from the Old Hall School and Dothill School in Wellington joined members of Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service at All Saints Church in Wellington.
The annual event raised money for various charities including All Saints Church, Wellington 2nd Guides and the Firefighters Charity.
Brigade chaplain Rev Murray McBride led the Festival of Carols service.
A 30ft Christmas tree donated by Hoo Farm was delivered to the church by off duty firefighters for all churchgoers to enjoy throughout the festive season.
