Representatives from 2nd Wellington Guides, All Saints Church, Wellington and the Firefighters Charity attended a cheque presentation at Headquarters for the money raised at Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service’ Festival of Carols 2012.
The Festival of Carols took place on Wednesday 12 December 2012 at All Saints Church Wellington and was well attended with a total of £609.30 being raised on the night from the collection and a raffle of prizes donated by local companies. The money has been split equally between the Guides, the Church and the Firefighters Charity with each receiving cheques for £203.10.
