At 13:12 on Saturday, 29 November, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Breathing Apparatus (BA)
  • Covering jet
  • Hosereel jet
  • Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire within ground floor flat measuring approximately 3 meters squared. Crews extinguished the fire with a hose reel jet and a covering jet whilst wearing breathing apparatus. A thermal imaging camera was also used to check for any remaining hot spots.

Road traffic collision involving one vehicle in collision with road furniture. One person assisted from vehicle by crews. Crews made vehicle safe and assisted ambulance.

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance and the Land Ambulance Service .

This incident was a road traffic collision which involved one vehicle which came to rest on it's side. Crews used small gear and the holmatro equipment to extricate one casualty from the vehicle. The casualty has now been left in the care of ambulance crews.
