At 22:20 on Tuesday, 10 December, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Worfield, Bridgnorth .
4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Hosereel jet
Call to stables on fire. After investigations from crews this was a large quantity of waste alight. Crews used one hose reel jet to extinguish.

At 16:01 on Saturday, 7 December, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Wem.
3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:
Tree fallen onto car with two people trapped within the vehicle. Electrical cables were also affected during this incident. Crews used a battery saw and small gear to release casualties. Crews also used a turfor to move the vehicle away from tree. Area made safe until Scottish Power can attend.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Wellington and Wem.
Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.
Fallen tree which has hit a vehicle and damaged power cables. Crews conducted traffic management and extinguished car affected by fire using extinguisher. Crews have left incident in care of police for road closure and Scottish Power notified of power cables and requested to attend as soon as possible.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Much Wenlock, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
One vehicle damaged by fallen tree and one casualty medically trapped. Crews used cutting gear and passer by assisting in clearing debris. Casualty has been released from the vehicle and is in the care of ambulance crews. Road is blocked by vehicle. Police in attendance for road closure and traffic management.

Road traffic collision involving heavy goods vehicle. One male not mechanically trapped released by fire service using Dewalt saw and small gear. Police arranging recovery of vehicle.

RTC involving one vehicle which rolled over and came to rest on all four wheels. No persons were trapped at this incident and on request of Police, Fire Crews did not make the vehicle electrically safe. This incident was left with the Police.

Report of two cows stuck in lagoon on farmland. One cow had self extricated and one cow released from lagoon by fire service personnel using a rescue path and line rescue. Owner and vet in attendance alongside crews.
