At 02:22 on Saturday, 15 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Persons Reported Fire in Woodside, Telford.
3 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Covering jet
- Hosereel jet
- Positive Pressure Ventilation
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
Small fire involving unattended cooking on hob. All persons were accounted for prior to Fire Service arrival. One male casualty checked over by Ambulance Personnel for effects of smoke inhalation.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Positive Pressure Ventilation
Small fire involving a small amount of food on the base of the oven compartment of a domestic cooker. Fire was found to be out upon the arrival of the Fire Service. Smoke logging of kitchen was ventilated using PPV fan. 2 breathing apparatus also in use.

Leak of ammonia from refrigeration unit - fire service crews wearing full protective clothing and breathing apparatus used positive pressure ventilation fans to disperse the leak. Seven members of staff were treated by ambulance personnel for inhalation of fumes
