3 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire in ground floor of mid terrace property, 4 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, 1 45mm jet and positive pressure ventilation fan in use. All persons accounted for.

This incident involved a small fire in the sprinkler motor room, crews used two breathing apparatus, one hosereel jet and one main jet to extinguish fire.
